Inside Our Brains

A series of six works built from real EEG recordings, born from the artist's own anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brain data is sorted in MATLAB, mapped to frequency ranges in Python and rendered as generative noise in TouchDesigner, one piece per condition: Parkinson's, epilepsy, anxiety, ADHD, autism and depression. Anxiety, where the series began, is one of the six.
