A high-rise housing proposal, longlisted for the RIBA Rethink 2025 competition for post-pandemic urban futures. It challenges the isolated 'box in the sky' with stacked courtyards optimized by an algorithm for self-shading, insolation and the relationship between inside and out, built from prefabricated cubes delivered by truck, assembled on site and lifted onto a structural core.
